About Us

A Church Created BY the Recovery Community FOR the Recovery Community

• Our Story •

Founded in 2010, Recovery Church started with just a handful of men and women who wanted to give people an option to walk the journey of recovery with other Christ followers. The church has touched thousands of lives and has already outgrown its meeting place twice.

Recovery Church is a fellowship of people who desire to maintain their recovery while strengthening their relationship with Jesus Christ.

We believe in the redemptive power of Christ’s love and desire to walk alongside one another in our healing process. Recovery Church is a transparent, Christ-centered, non-judgmental body that offers support and encouragement. ALL are welcome.

• The Service •

We begin the service with contemporary worship music, followed by a sermon or testimony.

Following the service, we offer a 30-minute “open share” time in which people can share what is on their hearts in a small group setting.

The last Wednesday of every month is Anniversary Night. It is a time in which we celebrate lengths of sobriety by handing out crosses as a tangible reminder of the changes we have made in our lives.

Elder, leaders @ Edgewater Missionary Alliance Church, 2002 to present. With pastoral  hearts, and service, and a God inspired  vision,  started a ministry in Oak Hill Fl in 2015 called Harvest Discipleship, in an effort to bring Gods truth, and transformation into a small community that had little, or no hope. Meeting needs through a Gospel driven ministry of preaching, teaching, and discipleship, as well as serving meals, groceries, clothing,  furniture, and appliances, prayers, and a brotherly love have shared many tears, forgiveness,  salvation, joy, and healing. And now God is bringing further help through Recovery Church.
