Lead Pastor / Founder President of Recovery Church Movement

Pastor Phil Dvorak is the founder and president of Recovery Church Movement. Recovery Church Movement (RCM) is a network of Recovery Churches reaching and training those in early recovery to grow in their faith and recovery. He has served as a pastor, church planter, and as a ministry executive.  However, his passion for those impacted by addiction is palatable. He coauthored a 30-Day recovery guide with Dr. Paul Meier (founder of Meier Clinics) and Dr. Jared Pingleton (Vice President American Association of Christian Counselors). He is ordained by the Christian & Missionary Alliance and a licensed mental health counselor. Phil has personally served thousands of individuals. His treatment curriculums have been published and implemented by a number of treatment centers across the country. He has a passion to see people recover from the disease of addiction and be a part of the solution to this crisis in our nation. He is a devoted husband, father, and servant leader.

Pastor Mike comes to Recovery Church after 30+ years of experience in ministry. He pastored two growing congregations in Michigan, is the Executive Pastor of Connect Church and served as a board member for the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE). Mike is a gifted Bible teacher and counselor with a heart to help people understand and respond to God’s word in a way that transforms their lives.

Max Ingram is a pastor who oversees Recovery Church in Voorhees and Sewell, NJ. He has over 25 years experience in recovery and over 20 years of ministry experience as well. Currently, he is an Associate Pastor at Fervent Church in Voorhees, NJ. Max is married to Jill, and they have three children, Lily (15), Max III (13), and Bradley (10). In addition, Max loves movies and is a big Auburn, soccer, and Philadelphia sports fan.

Pastor Junior is the Discipleship Pastor at Journey Church located Lake Worth/Boynton Beach, Florida. After graduating high school, Junior became licensed to sell commodities. After a great deal of relative financial success, he fell deep into the bondage of drugs and alcohol. A little over six years ago Junior wanted to end his life, but instead he made the decision to seek treatment. During his treatment he renewed his faith and found purpose again. He has been a part of the Recovery Church family for a number of years now, is a part of the teaching team at our Recovery Church Lake Worth Location, and a leader within the Recovery Church Movement. Junior and his wife Amanda have two boys.

Campus Leads Recovery Church Vero Beach

Buddy and Amy are pastors of Overflow Church in Vero Beach, FL. They are the Campus Leads of Recovery Church Vero Beach. For the past year, Amy has worked the administrative side of Recovery Church Movement as Philip Dvorak’s Assistant. Buddy serves on the advisory council of Recovery Church Movement.  Buddy and Amy have been married for 31 years, have three grown children and three grandchildren.  They have served together for the last 25 years in various ministry positions in England and throughout the United States.

Lake Worth 12-step Meeting

Rob A.K.A “RoadKill” ask him about it, he’ll show you the video,  Rob graduated from the University of Southern Maine with an Associates in medical biology and Pace University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.  Rob currently is the Director of a large Florida nonprofit organization.  Rob helps ensure that the details of the service are taken care of.  From the trash to the offering Rob faithfully serves.  Recovery Church is part of my connection to my Savior.  He’s my true Higher Power.” Knowing that the epidemic of drug addiction is killing at an alarming rate, Rob volunteers wherever needed at RC both for himself and the congregation.  “I pour my heart and soul into trying to help those affected.”
