Michelle has spent the last several years partnering with top professionals in the addiction treatment and mental health field to help those seeking assistance to obtain the best possible behavioral, medical and spiritual care on their journey in recovery. Michelle has a strong passion to be a resource for individuals and their loved ones seeking help in times of crisis. Having had a long history of substance abuse throughout her family, she is dedicated to helping others enjoy life to the fullest in recovery. Michelle has completed her seminary and theology credentials through Covenant Bible College in Vero Beach, FL earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Counseling and is a Certified In-Home Addiction Treatment Practitioner. Michelle is passionate and determined to help others navigate the road to recovery through saving faith in Jesus Christ partnered with working a 12 Step program.

Pastor George Lynch has been in recovery ministry since 2007. He became an ordained minister in 2010. George is the father of three beautiful children. After a history of family dysfunction, alcoholism, drug addiction, and incarceration, God pulled Pastor George from the depths of despair and is using his mess for HIS Message! Pastor George is one of the core four who launched Recovery Church Vero Beach in 2017. He was the campus lead for RCVB in 2018. He is a certified Life and Recovery Coach with the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches and The Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching. Pastor George is also a trained facilitator of The Alpha Series, The 12 Steps For Christians, Celebrate Recovery and Keys to Breaking the Cycle of Anger. Pastor George loves all things Marvel and Star Wars, he adores his three children, and he continues to pursue his calling of helping those bound by the chains of addiction find freedom in Christ and coaching others to "practice these principles in all our affairs.” If Pastor George is asked to sum up the message of the Gospel and Recovery in a single verse, it is; "All this is from God, Who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation." ~2nd Cor. 5:18. John joined the Recovery Church family in 2022. He was born into a home with addiction centered as its idol. He followed those patterns and suffered through 15 years of active addiction before becoming a cycle-breaker for his wife Kayla and two daughters, Claire and Amelia. Today, John is focused on living the God-guided principles outlined in The Big Book and The Bible. He has committed his life to serve his family and his community. Through Christ, he has been freed from the bondage of addiction.

Gail has always had a servant’s heart beginning with a 30-year career as a nurse. After retirement, Gail used her gift of hospitality in the Publix bakery for 10 years. Gail has struggled with her own battles with addiction and has been in continuous recovery since 2007. Gail has found this lasting recovery through a relationship with God and working a 12-step program. Gail has 3 adult children who have had their own battles with substance use and Gail will proudly tell you that they are all in recovery together. Gail spends her time working with others to overcome addiction as well as enjoying her 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Gail believes “If we can do it anyone can!”
